Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ)
Q. I get an error obtaining a license to play a video. What can I do?
A. In order to stream or play encrypted videos, you must provide a license key when asked for one. If you can't properly see the license activation page (text is all garbled) or if your key doesn't work and you know you typed it correctly, then its possible your Windows Media Player is corrupted. If you think this might be the problem, update your player by clicking on the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp

Q. When attempting to view the courseware videos, my browser hangs or crashes, or I get a pop-up that states: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error!" and it states "C:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe is requesting an abnormal termination".
A. Using your "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer" program, find the file c:\Winnt\system32\ddraw.dll (where c:\winnt is the path to your Windows folder... it may also be C:\Windows) and delete this file (ddraw.dll). The file is corrupted, and Windows will automatically replace it with a new clean one.

Q. Test clips (to see if the needed codecs are installed in your PC:
